Esta revis\u00e3o pontual da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Rep\u00fablica transformou profundamente a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o funcionamento dos actuais \u00f3rg\u00e3os locais do Estado, os Governos Provinciais, passando de representantes dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os centrais para integrarem uma nova l\u00f3gica de descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>A Lei n\u0366\u00a0 4\/2019, de 31 de Maio<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>,<\/strong> que estabelece os principios, as normas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento dos<\/span><\/p><p>\u00d3rg\u00e3o de Governa\u00e7\u00e3o Descentralizada Provincial (OGDP)<\/p><p><strong>Lei n\u0366\u00a0 7\/2019, de 31 de Maio,<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> que estabelece quadro jur\u00eddico sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento da Representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado na Prov\u00edncia.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Os Decretos n<sup>o<\/sup> 63 e 64\/2020 de 7 de Agosto regulamentam as lei n\u0366\u00a0 4 e 7\/2019 de 31 de Maio,<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">e estabelece o quadro legal da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de Governa\u00e7\u00e3o descentralizada provincial e de representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado na prov\u00edncia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estes \u00f3rg\u00e3os s\u00e3o compostos da seguinte
